"The place was very clean had been updated, so that was great. The cafe attached has some amazing food and coffee. We came back from dinner to find NO Water in our room. Still no water the next morning, We could not shower, use toilet, brush teeth and No Coffee! No message from the hotel about water being off and a few bottles of water outside our door would have been greatly appreciated for brushing teeth and washing face. So, we left hotel very early next morning as we could not contact anyone...
"A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. They also coordinate tours and other activities on the beaches and surrounding islands. Also I recommend this wonderful place for a Pilates retreat - Yoga - Family reunion promotion, etc."
"Biggest initial impression was the smell of old oil and fish from the water. They need to clean up the mess in the water near the restaurant. Room was nice for the cost. No one showed up to provide breakfast this morning even though the sign said 8 am. So we went hungry. Left the room key on the door handle as no one showed up so we could check out. At dinner, they were out of every menu item I selected. 5th choice for dinner. Lucky, there was only one other menu item left."

"O quarto era espaçoso, mas não tinha nenhum móvel para colocar malas ou roupas, nem mesmo de pendurar. Também não tinha secador de cabelo. Os donos e a equipe foram gentis, mas sentimos falta de atenção para situações basicas. Pagamos um valor alto por uma hospedagem básica. "
