"Clean property and comfortable bed. Nothing fancy but well maintained, quiet,all adult hotel mere minutes from the lakefront. Nice breakfast and gracious hosts. Lovely garden courtyard. Will stay again next time we're in Ludington."

All the of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. We couldn’t hear the guests in the rooms next to us; the air worked so well we got too cold and turned it off. "This hotel is in need of major upgrades. Our room smelled musty and of stale cigarettes. The carpets were dirty and ripped. The window curtains were ripped. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, the sink wouldn't drain. The bed was very uncomfortable. On the plus side, the sheets were clean, and the staff was friendly. We didn't use the pool. Although the price was affordable, I would not recommend the hotel."
