"The house was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Good location, close to everything."

"This place was very unkept and dirty throughout the property. We had ants all over the inside of the house crawling throughout. Many cobwebs were also seen. The shower had mold/mildew in a lot of the grout and the bathtub drain was dirty from previous use. The outside of the property had not been cleaned up in quite some time. The description leads you on to believe that it is actually waterfront and you have quick access to the lake. However, it’s across the street and there isn’t available...

"Unfortunately, this property needs an entire makeover. The pictures online are NOT at all representative of the current condition of this house. Everything inside and outside is extremely outdated. The kitchen needs new cabinets and countertops, the sink faucet barely puts sufficient water out of it to clean a dish, the dishes were 6" plastic that appeared to be children's dishes from a beach house. There was NO glass ware, with the exception of a few coffee mugs...everything else was...
