"Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield...

"Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Good soap, two bars. Towels were fine. Bathtub needs a mat or strips on the bottom of the tub— slippery and dangerous! There was a small group of friends with about 6 small children who were screaming and running amok in the breakfast room while their parents provoked them to even greater extremes of misbehavior. The hotel staff couldn’t have been unaware of what was going on, since the children’s screams could have been heard in Boston, yet nothing was done....

The location is walking distance to restaurants, across the street from a great local brewery, and a short drive to Tanglewood and other area attractions. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the nightly rate was competetive. "
