"The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for."

"PROS: quiet neighborhood, extremely comfortable bed...can't stress that enough. Good location off the riverfront but five minutes from everything. CONS: the separate shower was not usable. It had a handheld part that pointed straight out into the room, and the stationary head was completely missing/broken off. The shower in with the jet tub is not able to be moved, and there is no shower curtain."

"The staff was amazingly friendly and nice. The staff was also very nice. The pool area, bar and restaurant was very clean and very welcoming. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub with a drink from a great bartender. The room on the other hand was poor. It stunk like pet urine. It was hot and humid out so it made it worse. We kept the room at 68 to try to keep the humidity down but it did not help. Walked out of our room and it smells like urine as well. It is great to be a...
