"Very unique property. Pretty. Old but refurbished beautifully. Music from dining room was bothersome & kept us from getting to sleep. We were put in a handicapped room( not needed but was only room available) that was beautiful but every time we used bathroom at night, the light automatically came on. "Property is beautiful. Checking in was a disaster. Restaurant was mediocre at best. Breakfast was a horrible experience. Kept moving to different rooms every morning. Had dry cereal but no milk. Waffle maker but no butter for waffles. Only had orange juice and/or apple juice. On one of the three days. Powdered eggs and sausage were cold every day. "

However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy. "Great outdoor bar area and friendly staff"

" Check-in was fast and easy, and the staff was great! The desk clerks were knowledgeable and friendly, and gave my group terrific suggestions for meals and fun things to do. The lobby is spacious, so my group could sit and play games and chat in the evening. The location of the hotel is perfect be use Evansville is very walkable. I 100% recommend this hotel! We will be back!"
