"I was visiting in Galesburg and had to book a room on short notice. The lady at the desk was very nice and polite at check in. i chose to walk up the carpeted steps which I noticed were dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. "We were put in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need. It was hard to shower and I should have been told this is the room we got. They should offer a free breakfast like every other hotel does. "
