"The location was perfect for my stay! A quiet and safe neighborhood is always appreciated as a solo traveler. "

"Nice, large house, perfect accommodations for family and bridal party. Good set-up with downstairs master suite, kitchen, and living room. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with larger kitchen, living room and bar. Host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very convenient proximity to downtown Ft Worth and Botanical Gardens. It is a transitional neighborhood, but our guests always felt safe within fully gated property. Would strongly recommend!"

"This is a unique property. No front desk. Must register and do all the approvals prior to showing up. Must be able to climb steps of on second floor. But, the room was great, had all the amenities, was clean, and was appointed. I liked my stay. "

"Overall it was a great stay! The property has so many fun amenities for the family to enjoy and the house has a ton of extra beds. It was a little odd that it could sleep so many but had a relatively small kitchen table and living room. We couldn’t fit all ten of us around the table nor on the couches in the living room. There were a few items that we were told were there, like a high chair and salt and pepper, but did not end up being there. However, the property owner was so kind and very...

"This was the perfect place to stay for our family. Very kid friendly. The host had snacks for us when we arrived. There were plenty of toys for the kids. Perfectly equipped for young kids with a high chair, cribs, & a pack-n-play. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again! "

"There were 4 travelers, myself, my 2 children (18 and 15) and one of their friends. Another TV wouldn't hurt as there is only 1 in the living area, but we had what we needed and the host was helpful when I reached out. "

"We have stayed at Yvonne's home twice and could not be happier. It is beautiful. Well maintained. Has all of the amenities and MORE! The home has a peaceful and uplifting aura. Yvonne is super attentive and responsive to her guests. She puts so much into and cares deeply about her home away from home and it shows! We will be back time and time again!! "Convenience of location to Stockyards is the greatest feature of this property. Recommend eating at Joe T Garcia’s just 2 blocks from the house. Host communicated very promptly. "

"Clean beautiful home very spacious "

"I reserved this property for me and my bridesmaids to stay in the night before my wedding. I was so pleasantly surprised with how clean, new, and safe the property was. It had every kitchen appliance you could need except for a toaster, 2 bedrooms downstairs (one with a bathroom, one without), a hallway bathroom, a sitting room and kitchen table, board games, WiFi, and 4 bunk beds upstairs with a bathroom as well. There is also a washer dryer that seems brand new! I recommend the host add more...
