"Comfortable modern apartment, nice view, handy to Toowong Station and UQ. Check-in was tricky (involving several platforms, filling in a check-in form and uploading photos of various documents - fiddly and time-consuming - also the check-in instruction was ambiguous on the lockbox location, so I had to make a late-night call to the host for help to clarify it) and then check-out was a nightmare, as the keycode on the lockbox had been changed (why?) and the code on the checkout instructions...

"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...

"Pretty good just that it's a bit of a hassle when you are required to take out the trash and the bin is some distance away from the property. There's also just one aircon in the main living area ans none on the bedrooms. "
