ALL OF IT, I STAYED ALMOST A WEEK HAD 3 ROOMS BOOKED AND WAS PAYING ALMOST 400USD PER ROOM IN VERY SMALL ROOMS AND WITH THE WORST SERVICE I COULD GET. MY GUESTS WERE SHOCKED, I ALWAYS STAY IN THIS HOTEL BUT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE AMOUNT I WAS PAYING I GOT THE SMALLEST ROOMS EVER, THE CLEANING WAS SO BAD THAT...

The hotel itself is wonderful, set on 56 acres, beautifully decorated, only 2 stories high, very stylish. But what makes the hotel is the staff.
