we ask to leave on porch as to not damage floor. If any damage or oil and grease left behind will result in a $100.00 cleaning fee/ $2,000.00 pet fee

guest is responsible if any applicance/ or damage to property is done .


If bed sheets get bodily fluids or makeup stains a $40.00 cleaning fee will be charged. thank you
