"The property had everything we needed, including a hot tub. Family commented that this was the first place that we had stayed that there was no wait for the bathroom which is important when there are kids. We enjoyed the view and the trails around the rental. It was pet friendly and my dog enjoyed our hikes around the property as well. Host communicated and answered any inquiries promptly. Arkansas is a beautiful place to visit. My sister who was present calls it her "happy place." "

"things that were great about this property were the towels in the shower for top notch for a VRBO and microwave was in perfect condition as well as sink area for washing dishes. At first the refrigerator did not cool properly however the host was very willing to help and we fixed that issue within minutes.
