Holiday Home 'Sobreirinho - Selão Da Eira' with Sea View, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

SOBREIRINHO is one of three lodgings at SÍTIO DAS ROLAS, all with stunning views, the moon rising over the mountains and the sun setting over the sea. Guests will find tranquillity, privacy, modern comfort and an interior decor characterized by natural materials. The environment reflects ecological standards applied in construction, including good thermal insulation and efficient heating.



The house is spacious and suitable for guests in wheelchairs. A corridor connects the partitions, leaving the bedrooms at each end with a bathroom next door. Bedroom 1 with a double bed is a suite with a view of the sea. Bedroom 2, overlooking the private garden, has two large single beds (can be changed to bunk beds). Both have a large closet, space for a crib and direct access to a private terrace. The beds have orthopaedic mattresses. In the bathrooms there is a large walk-in shower, and next to Bedroom 2 there is also a bathtub.

The living room opposite Bedroom 2 has a double sofa bed and an armchair bed, both comfortable, in niches with curtains. The kitchen in the middle of the house, opposite the entrance, is fully equipped and open to the dining room with a table for 6-8 people and a patio with another dining table and sea views. The kitchenette room on the roof with panoramic views can also be used. For exclusive group stays, this space is used for socializing and breakfast.



The accommodation is suitable for extended stays and teleworking. WiFi is free and reliable, with good speed and stability. There are separate access lines and keys for each room.



The option of swapping single beds for bunk beds and extra sleeping arrangements in the living room make the house very flexible in terms of occupancy. Designed for 4-6 people, it is still comfortable with up to 9 people.
