There are beautiful landscapes and idyllic villages in the surrounding area, such as the charming waterside town of Norsminde, where you can enjoy an ice cream cone in the harbour. Or pay a visit to the nearby Rude Strand bathing centre as a day visitor. The city of Aarhus with its many museums, shops and restaurants is also within easy reach and is always worth a visit.
