FERRY OPTIONS:
Cedar Island & Swan Quarter: Vehicle ferries (reservations required, fee applies)
Hatteras: Vehicle ferry (free, first-come-first-serve)

You might consider booking a Cedar Island or Swan Quarter Ferry in the summer you will automatically have a spot on the ferry with not worry about how long you will be in line. Plus you can rest up before your island adventures begin!!!

HOUSE RULES
1. Please read the manual located on the console table near the TV upon arrival.

2. Quiet hours 10pm to 6am and respectful behavior are required at all times.

3. This is a family-friendly space. If you have a pet please bring comfort toys, dog bed & if they have a habit of getting on furniture, covers for bed and sofa.

4. No loud parties or loud gatherings allowed.

5. Pets must not be left unattended for more than 2 hours at a time.

6. If your pet barks excessively, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property.

7. You must read and agree to the rental agreement before booking.

8. The owner reserves the right to cancel bookings for any rule violations.

9. The cottage must be left in the same clean condition it was in at check-in.

10. Excessive messes will incur an additional cleaning fee.

11. If there are more guests than whats registered you will be charged.

12. Guests are responsible for any damages to the cottage and will be charged accordingly.

13 .PET POLICY
- Bring your pet there bed & cover for furniture if they like to get on furniture.
- A pet fee applies to anyone bringing a pet. No Exeptions
- If you bring a pet without paying the pet fee during your reservation, you will be charged $250.
- You must inform us at the time of booking that you are bringing a pet and pay the Pet Fee
- Please message us with what breed of animal you are bring
- No pets or service animals are allowed on furniture, including beds, sofas, or chairs. Violations will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
- All animals must be up to date on vaccinations and must have flea treatment prior to arrival. If fleas are brought into the cottage, a $500 pest control fee will be charged.
- Do not allow your pet to roam freely. There are feral cats and other family pets in the area.
- Clean up all of your pets waste (poop) in the yard and on the island.

- PLEASE PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE. We are not responsible for Natural Disasters, Family Illness or Any Other Reason You Can Not Make It To The Island For Your Reservation. We are not going to rebook for other dates as we are listed in several differs rental programs and work full time jobs and do not have time to look through them all and figure it out for you.
