"We had a lovely visit to Borrego in this comfortable home away from home. Our family reunion was a success with more than enough room to spread out for games, bbq dinners, socializing on the back patio, enjoying the cowboy pool (awesome way to cool off on those hot days!) and amazing stargazing! "The location is good. The house is spacious a nice place. Just some thoughts for the owner to consider for the next person that stays. The heater filter definitely needs to be replaced it is dirty. The window tracks need to be cleaned out and maybe lubricated so they can open easy. All of them are hard to open due to built-up dirt. "My husband and I stayed in Kay's studio for 4 nights in January. It was convenient to town and to the orienteering events we attended near the Slot canyon in the park. The studio was clean and had everything we needed and Kay was the perfect host. Her two dogs were friendly and fun."

"House, location, amenities and owner were great. Both listing agents (VRBO and Evolve) were not helpful beyond reading the info on the listing. Eventually the out of state owner came to the rescue.
