"Stunning property in a gorgeous area. We had a toddler with us, and the proximity to that sweet beach (ducks!) was perfect. So were the amenities at the property, from the kids toys to the hot tub to the spices and snacks. The house is a perfect size for 4 adults, and the art and decor is lovely and unique."

"Wow!!! a million dollar view is way to little, it’s a billion dollar view. We had an exceptional stay. Francine made us feel so welcome, the cottage is beautifully situated overlooking conception bay. The sunsets were amazing. Waking up to the sound of waves and sea birds was so relaxing. We had our morning coffee on the deck that overlooks the wharf, and a glass of wine watching the sun set. Truly an amazing slice of paradise.Thank you so much in helping make our stay in your beautiful province...

"Beautiful spot by the Ocean. A little Paradise, so cozy and clean. Katie, thank you, so nice communicating with you. The sleeping is comfortable for 2 but for 4 of us we found the pull out couch uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend Oceanview to Family and Friends. Would love to come back someday. "We had a wonderful stay—this property is truly a gem. The view of the cove and ocean is truly spectacular! It’s very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. The space is beautifully appointed, with touchers that fit the setting tie to Newfoundland and St. Johns. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips—fully equipped and clearly prepared with care. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"Access to the property involves driving on a deeply rutted, rocked filled, gravel road for approximately 5 km. It took more than 20 minutes to drive 5 km because of the terrible road condition. We were given inadequate instructions to enter the property using a key code. The house is smaller than expected and lacked kitchen essentials such as butter, cooking oil, cutting boards, water pitcher etc. The tap water stank of sulphur, so we had to boil the water to get rid of the smell so we could...
