The home features imported, modern furnishings, large mirrors throughout, contemporary artwork, premium mattresses to ensure the utmost comfort. Offered to all guests is a private, white sand beach located just behind the property. At this location, you are 5 minutes from all the popular attractions in Ocho Rios & St Ann's Bay.

This house sleeps seven (7) people comfortably... with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath rooms. The home comes with a queen size bed with premium mattresses in each bedroom, as well as sitting areas in each bedroom suite. Additionally, the house comes with two (2) eight foot sofas and a twin size premium blow up bed which can provide additional sleeping quarters to 3 additional adults.
The house comes with a front porch sitting area which allows you to enjoy the cool fresh air coming off the ocean. The house also features a fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer with complimentary soap and the home has 3 big screen TVs. All three TVs have over 800 channels so you won't miss your favorite shows back home (US, Canada, UK and other parts of the world. Home comes with hot water and ice cold air conditioning throughout.

What sets us apart from other rentals is that we wash and sanitize all bedding, floor rugs and we provide clean sofa cover seating and pillows, as well as steam clean sofa arms as part of our cleaning process.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, front porch and back yard. Guests have free access to the community private beach that sits just behind the housing development.

Please note that this is a gated community, very quiet with affluent residents. There are two physical security check points, one to enter the neighborhood and another to enter the community where the house is located. A government ID must be presented at both security checkpoints for all adult guests entering and/or staying overnight the premises. There will be absolutely NO entry of any adults if a government ID is not provided.
