"Property was clean, the property manager and Donna were very helpful and communicative, regardless of when we called they responded quickly and were both very helpful with our requests. The location is close to activities such as mystic mountain and dunns river. Also close to restaurants and supermarkets. Location is ideal and always felt safe in the area. "

"When I vacation I usual stay at a hotel or a resort but this time I decided to do something different and am more than glad that I did. Being here made me feel like I have my own house on a private island. The property is in a gated community. It was very quiet and peaceful there which allowed me to really relax here. I can’t wait to come back again! Loved it."

"Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Can’t say enough about this spectacular sea view property, the pictures do it little justice, rivaled only by the constant soothing sound of the breeze and waves. The quaintness of the cottage was just enough. You do need to be comfortable accessing the sleeping quarters by ladder but the view from up there makes it worthwhile. "I was there with my adult daughter and a really good friend. From booking to leaving the property had been so smooth. We loved the place, it had everything we needed for comfort and the view was to die for.
