We are saddened to see this feedback as we have never before nor since received complaints over the complimentary washers, dryers and detergent we provide to guests of the complex free of charge. All machines are in proper working order and were purchased brand new in 2019. We tested each machine with no issue and upon investigation the lint trap does fit properly in each dryer. We believe this occurrence was a random one off where the lint trap wasn't fully pushed in prior to use and therefore snagged the strap of a tank top, resulting in them being wound together. As a gesture of apology, we compensated you for these tank tops immediately on the departure date of your one-night stay. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo, ease of check in and linens provided. Wishing you safe travels on future trips.

My sincere apologies that you did not have an enjoyable experience. Our small, family-owned & operated complex is normally known as being a relaxing place for a beach getaway as opposed to the larger, commercial hotels in the area. We regret that we missed the mark for your stay. Your one night visit fell on the Saturday of 4th of July weekend, which is the busiest weekend of the year in our beach town, with thousands of people flocking in to celebrate the holiday on the beach. When we initially communicated earlier in the day (at which time we were able to offer an early check-in upon your request) and then again when I checked in with you in the afternoon, we were not made aware of any noise issues or would have happily addressed.
