Unit on the Strand
Most amazing views, stroll on the Strand to DT Oceanside and Pier. This rental had everything we needed. Would love to come back one day.

Great one nighter

Oceanside Getaway.
We went to Oceanside to visit our son who is in the military. The location for this unit is awesome. You can open your window and hear and see the waves crashing in. Peaceful and beautiful. The unit was tidy and as described. We had one issue. We could hear all noises from the unit above us. That included footsteps and chairs sliding around abover us.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. Please know that you can always reach out to us if a neighbor is causing a disturbance. While we do our best to remind guests to keep noise down by removing heavy soled & heeled shoes and limiting the guest count to two for the upstairs units, there can be some sounds that travel as the building was originally constructed in the 1940s. We are always happy to help mitigate however possible to ensure that our guests have the best possible stay. Thanks to your son for his service and to you for choosing the Pacific Villas!

Nice Location
Ocean view between the buildings is even better than the pictures show. Fun walk to the pier and back. A dedicated parking space is so nice to have but just as they say, small vehicles only!! Wasn't an issue getting out, even backing up.

Thanks so much for your kind review! As our building was originally constructed in the 1940s (remodeled 2018), the spaces tend to be more compact, however we are always happy to share specs in advance to confirm if your vehicle will fit in the space. If too tight, there is street parking available in the area. We greatly appreciate your staying with us!

Clean unit right on the beach
My wife and I had great time in this unit. Although the unit was in the rear of the property, the views and sound of the ocean were fantastic. Our property manager was also great and responsive to any questions we had. I will be sure to come back again as the unit was well priced and clean.

Perfect spot
Overall this location is a prime spot. Walking distance to the pier and local shops and restaurants. Definitely worth a stay at this location. Due to parking, which is right here on the premises, be sure your car is small enough to be able to be backed in or pulled out. Very tight maneuvering of cars, if other occupants have already come and parked before you.

Clean, Great Location, and Great Communication
We loved being so close to the ocean and within walking distance of so many restaurants, coffee shops, and the pier. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The property was very clean (which is a HUGE deal to me) and we had the best and easiest communication about the property and for events going on in the area that might be of interest to us. I wasn’t used to not having central heat, but there’s a space heater and an extra blanket, so it worked out perfectly. I have nothing bad to say about this property and we would definitely rent it again!

Amazing Space!
My husband and I stayed for a night to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! Lauren was extremely responsive and gave us some great recommendations. The space was perfect for the two of us and I loved the décor. It's right on the beach and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL
We loved everything about this unit. So peaceful and the sound the crashing of the waves along with the gorgeous view of the ocean right outside our window/balcony was everything. Our host was the very best. Her suggestions of places to eat and get the best out of Oceanside was so appreciated. I'd highly recommended anyone to stay in these Villas!

If you want to hear the ocean waves, come here! Just be aware of the little tunnel you have to drive through to your parking lot :) we had a sedan and it was a little tight. Place is nice and clean and very accommodating!

Pacific Villas Stay
One of the best rental properties I have ever stayed at! Perfect location in Oceanside for going out or staying in. It was wonderful to hear the ocean right outside but also enjoy the comfort of the apartment. Felt very clean and was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. 10/10 would recommend!

Restful time to Regenerate and Relax!
The place was just perfect for the two of us! The highlight was definitely sitting out on the balcony, watching the waves and hearing the sound of the sea!! And the sunrise and sunsets you experience from there are breathtaking!! Lauren was helpful and readily available anytime I texted and gave us a great idea to walk to the Farmer’s market one morning! We were able to cook breakfasts and take walks to the pier or the harbor for lunch or dinner! Awesome stay!

Perfect little getaway
After having to cancel our original anniversary plans due to Covid, this was a last minute “Plan B” that turned out to be absolutely perfect! We loved this bright and airy cozy spot with a killer view. It was spotless upon arrival. We loved starting our day with coffee on the balcony and winding down with a walk on the beach to watch the sunset. This will definitely be our “Plan A” next time!

A Happy Time

Great Location!
It is a great place for a quick getaway to enjoy a nice stay by the beach. There’s a cool, partial view of the ocean from the balcony and if you want sandy beach fun, it is just a few minutes walk from the front door. The sound of the waves was excellent in soothing us all to sleep too. The place was in excellent condition and spotless when we checked in. Extra sanitation for Covid-19 protection was promised and it sure seemed as if that was done. The manager Lauren was awesome to communicate with and provided around the clock help and advice and information. No real cons but be advised that there are no standard tables and chairs, just stools and countertops for eating. No bathtub either, only a shower. Also if you have a bigger vehicle it will be tight squeeze into the parking lot and if the lot is full it may be tough to turn your car around to exit and you may have to back out onto the busy street. Again those aren’t really cons of the place. Just something to be aware of.

Very Clean with great views!
My husband and I visited Oceanside to enjoy a getaway for a few days. We wanted somewhere close to the water that was also convenient to Oceanside, Carlsbad, and other surrounding areas and this place delivered! Right on the strand with great sunset views, walk ability to so many great restaurants and an incredibly thoughtful and communicative host, Lauren. I will definitely be staying her the next time we are in town.

Wonderful Accomodation
We stayed for 4 nights and loved ever moment of it. The beautiful apartment, the beach, the sunsets, the restaurants. The location could not have been better easy to access with car or on foot. Our host Lauren could not have been more helpful. Would definitely return!

Can we just move in?...
This little gem is worth it! I stayed here with my husband and 3 month old and couldn’t have asked for a better host, condo, view or location. Everything was exactly as shown in photos and Lauren, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area and all the sites. The outdoor shower was great for after surfing. Laundry room was clean and they provided everything you would need. Clean condo. Great common areas. Perfect for our first family vacation. We will most definitely return to this little surf sanctuary! :)
