THE VIEW
Located steps away from the sand, with breathtaking whitewater, sand, and Oceanside Pier views, and sounds of the ocean surf in every room. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor balcony with incredible ocean breezes and sunsets. You will delight in seeing dolphins frolicking in the waves throughout the year.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. Extra dining chairs are available to seat 6 people at the dining room table. There are also two additional spots at the bar for quick bites.

LIVING AREAS
D8 - Dolphin View Cottage is furnished with enough sitting space for 6. The living room also has a 46" hi-def flatscreen TV with Cable and DVD capabilities. Cable TV free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

Both bathrooms have been remodeled in this condo with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and tiled showers. Enjoy a walk-in shower in the master bath and a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom.

SLEEPING
D8 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, flat-screen cable TV/DVD, with ocean views out the window. A full en suite private bath and vanity area are attached to this bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat-screen cable TV/DVD and garden views
For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the building.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
D8 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrally located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
