The condo also offers a Mr. Coffee to make your own coffee.
The dining area, with its rustic wood table seating five, is perfect for meals, games, or simply gathering for conversation. Additionally, two spots at the kitchen counter are perfect for quick bites or accommodating younger guests.

Classic elegance meets comfort in the living area. Sink into the large sofa and chic accent chairs to unwind after a day of sightseeing or beach activities. Relax with a good book from the bookcase or enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 65” UHD LCD Smart TV. Log into your preferred streaming service or enjoy one of the 250+ extended cable channels, including HBO and Showtime, free of charge. The unit includes a DVR, so you can spend as much time as you desire on the sand without missing your favorite programs. Whether enjoying a family movie night or the ambiance of the beautifully tiled fireplace, this space is tailored for relaxation and entertainment.
SLEEPING
D205 comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, ideal for couples or small families. The primary bedroom, a peaceful sanctuary, features a California king bed with a plush Serta memory foam mattress. Blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, and a 55" Smart TV. Enhance your private retreat with a door into the bedroom to provide privacy and separation from the bathroom.
Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen sofa sleeper in the living room or a queen air mattress in the closet. One set of queen linens is provided, and guests have the option to choose which sleeping arrangement they prefer.
BATHROOM
The en-suite master bathroom offers a spa-like experience, boasting a tub/shower combo, a separate vanity area, and upscale touches like tile flooring and granite countertops.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.
