Inside, the condo has been updated with modern touches throughout, including new flooring, contemporary furnishings, and fresh coastal decor. The open-concept layout features a comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and wall A/C for warm days. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, cookware, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals by the beach. The bedroom offers a cozy king bed and soft linens for a restful night’s sleep after a day in the sun.

Step outside to your private sandy patio, complete with outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and a fire pit for evening relaxation by the shore. Direct beach access from the backyard area allows you to take a serene walk along the shore with your loved ones. Parking is available in the covered carport (first-come basis) with additional street parking available if all are taken, and guests have access to shared laundry facilities during their stay.

Conveniently located near local dining favorites and Buccaneer Park, which is great for kids and pets! This condo offers the perfect mix of tranquility and coastal adventure. All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
