HOA amenities include a heated pool, 2 additional pools, hot tubs, fitness center, game room, putting green, BBQ areas, clubhouse, elevator, gated entry, one assigned parking space, and koi ponds. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided, with easy access to the beach. A shared laundry is on-site. No smoking; quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m. Decibel monitors are in place to ensure a peaceful stay.
