David helped me check into both of my booked rooms. One room was what I paid for. The other was not what I paid for nor was it what David said it was. The room had four guests and we were given one bed. Not a sofa. Not a rollaway. Nothing else. When I addressed this issue to both individuals at the front desk, neither knew what to do or how to help me. They then continued to proceed by telling me they were sold out. I asked if they can kindly credit me for the difference in price of the room I paid for vs the room I got but they refused to be helpful, knowing I was in the right. David asked me to come back another day during the week when the manager would be present which is unheard of being I live two hours away. Hence the reason for the stay. He then provided me with a business card and proceeded with his usual duties.
