Great stay
Stay was great and we would be happy to come back. My mother was amazed at how nice the place was, and I was surprised to hear her comment as such so many times. My kids loved being so close to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, clean, and everything worked. Patio was great to catch the ocean breeze, and the complex grounds are beautiful and well-designed to create seclusion and privacy. Koi pond was a major draw for my kids and others that stopped by. There was construction going on in some of the center garden area, but it never disturbed us. We had a little trouble getting on to WiFi, and the owner immediately responded with help. Great trip to Oceanside - thank you!

North Coast Village delivers again!
We love staying at NCV when we visit Oceanside and this visit was no exception! Michael, the property owner is very pleasant and communicative and his 2bd/2bth condo in Bldg G was perfect for our family of 5. This time we tried a condo on the northside of the complex that still had a great view of the ocean and south jetty. I think I actually prefer this spot as you also get a view of the harbor and it’s a quick walk to a much quieter section of the beach. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

Great Place
There are so many great things to say about this place! It was all of the little things that made this one of our best stays! Michael was awesome, great stuff in the kitchen to cook with, soft sheets, and tissue in every room. Will definitely stay again.

Great family beach vacation
The cottage was very inviting. Plenty of room for our family, loved having 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Great location, easy access to the beach, you can walk to the pier and lots of restaurants. Owner was easy to work with, available for questions and very accomodating. The grounds are well manicured and felt very safe walking around. It is a great spot for a beach vacation!

Great beach vacation with resort amenities
This property was exactly what we were looking for - walking to a great beach with all the extras like beach chairs/umbrella/boogie boards etc so we didn’t have to bring all that! Walking to the harbor, pier, playground and ice cream. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed plus lots of extras too.

Oceanside get away
Condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Check-in was very easy. Surrounding grounds well- kept and very pretty. Unit had a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. Great views of the harbor. Our family of 5 enjoyed our time here.

Super cute, perfect location & great neighborhood
This was our first time in Oceanside and we will be back, the property and location cannot be beat! The beach is steps away, there are shops and restaurants in walking distance. Pool and putting range were fun for the kids, and the beds were very comfy. Only thing is the parking garage, I don’t recommend bringing a truck or big SUV it was a very tight fit.

Birthday getaway
We stayed in this unit and enjoyed the views from the patio and Master bedroom. The kitchen is very inviting and made the little bit of cooking we did comfortable. There’s plenty of seating and we really enjoyed our stay. Michael is very quick to respond to messages and was very accommodating. This condo is situated in a pleasant location, with underground parking and plenty of amenities. We enjoyed grilling, the pool and even the hot tub during our visit. There are a lot of rinse off stations, to rinse the sand off after a quick walk to the beach. There is a pier near the shops and restaurants where seals and sea lions hang out and I even saw a porpoise. I want to visit again!

Great property
Second time to this property, first time to this unit and would seek this unit out again. Very clean. Close to everything including Camp Pendleton to visit my daughter stationed there. Lovely sunset views. Nice to have an on-site gym.

Absolutely stunning location
The property was perfect for my neicce and I. The proximity to the beach could not be beat. Although a little chilly in the am, it was a quick walk to see some amazing sun rises and sunsets. Would definitely book again if I am out in Cali.

Perfect location for the beach and visiting SoCal
The condo is great. Very comfortable and clean. The grounds were out of this world! So beautiful. It felt like we were in a park. The landscaping is incredible. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. We really enjoyed the easy proximity to the beach and local restaurants. Everything was either an easy drive or walk.

The Property NCV is impeccably maintained and motored! We stay at North Coast very often for these reasons. The communication was immediate and response time was exact. The unit location was fabulous!!! The unit was tidy and well maintained. We were thrilled!!! and will be back again.

Love the Balcony!
We spent most of our time on the balcony or on the beach. The condo is clean. The grounds are beautiful. The owner is great! 4 adults and 2 kids had a blast! We are planning on staying at this unit again.

Great property, great location
I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was close to the Oceanside marina and the balcony has a clear view of both the marina and the beach. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was updated and stocked with dishes and pans, etc. The actual grounds were beautiful with a resort style pool and jacuzzi. The owner was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Vacation
Such a great place to stay! The house is clean, close to the beach and the grounds are beautiful. There are plenty of kid beach toys, chairs and boogie boards. Michael responded quickly and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Being so close to the beach was so nice. It made it easy to come and go with little ones without getting in and out of a car. There are plenty or restaurants close by. You are a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Would 10 out of 10 recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the beach.

A great condo by the ocean!!
This was our first time renting a VRBO and we were so happy with our experience. The owner was in communication with us before and during our stay to ensure we were happy. The 2-bedroom condo was perfect for our family of three. We appreciated the use of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. We would highly recommend!!

We have come to North Coast Village for several summers. We have brought our grandsons from when they were very young to now when they are teens. We all love it and look forward to every summer. This unit was the best we have used. Easy access. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. We would love to return to this unit.

Little Disappointed
We arrived about 45 mins past check in and the cleaning people were still there finishing up, it took another hour. We were able to bring luggage into the bedrooms and wait. While waiting we noticed ants in the 2nd bedroom on the bed (so one of my children did NOT want to sleep on that bed the entire stay, they slept on the couch). We also found ants in the closet of the master bedroom. Ask that the owner would just refund our stay. They did not. They came over and sprayed and left Ant bait out. Still my children did not want to sleep in the room I paid for and slept on the couch. I asked the owner for any concessions since condo wasn’t clean upon arrival and Ant issue. He offered to bring a paddle board by for us to use (so we didn’t have to rent one). I said we probably wouldn’t need that and to call me back the next day with other options. Owner never called to offer anything for our inconvenience. The Condo did NOT have AC nor was it posted in the VRBO add that there is NO AC. This would have been helpful info before booking and paying. I live in Midwest and prefer AC. They did have plenty of fans that made it comfortable at night. The unit faced the West, so the afternoons were a little warm in the condo, but we weren’t there much. I’ve not rented a lot of VRBO’s in the past and this will probably be my last. Once you pay, you have NO recourse once you arrive and this particular “owner” did not seam to want to alleviate any of our frustrations.

The property is awesome! Clean and well kept. The surrounding area is well maintained, quiet and secured. The view is unbeatable, sleeping to the sound of the ocean is so therapeutic. I wish I could’ve stayed much longer.

Summer fun!
We had a fabulous stay at this well equipped condo. Easy access to so many fun activities. I recommend bringing a folding wagon if you have one. It would make bringing items to the beach easier. Thank you for a great vacation!

Better than the listing!
The property was absolutely perfect. Harbor and beach views, fresh cross breeze with the windows open, even on hot days, impeccably clean, and just right for 5 people. Don't bring beach toys or boogie boards, Everything you need is already there! The grounds are like paradise. The kids enjoyed the quick access to the beach, and the pristine pool. We loved that the harbor restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance. I have stayed in three other vacation rentals in Oceanside and this was by far the best! We can't wait to come back!

Great location
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located near the harbor and it’s restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to central Oceanside. The grounds are a lush tropical setting with a great pool area. Our kids enjoyed eating breakfast in the condo’s deck while watching the waves and surfers. The owner was very responsive and even helped send back a few items we left behind. We are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Location in Oceanside
Dealing with owner was easy and location was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The washrooms are clean and updated. The kitchen and appliances are very worn but functional. I did have to wipe out and clean the shelves I wanted to use for my food. The closets were all full of supplies so very little room for your clothes. If you are a super clean person, this is probably not the unit for you. However, if you are more relaxed, and okay with well used, you will be very happy here. The views are fantastic and the beds were soft but comfortable to us. Had a great trip.

I'm so sorry that you weren't happy with the condition of my cottage. If you would have contacted me, I could have sent my cleaners for additional cleaning and to clear out space in the closets. Since your stay, I have completely remodeled the cottage including all new paint, carpets, light fixtures and most appliances.

Wonderful for families!
This was the perfect place to stay with kids who love the beach. It is a maybe 2 minute walk to the the beach. The owner has supplied the condo with all the beach equipment we could have possibly needed. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. The view from the patio was amazing. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening. After being at the beach each day we Thoroughly We definitely want to come back

Great Place with Great Views
I was very happy with the location of the property. I love the view of the harbor and the beach. This property faces West. I liked the layout of the unit. I believe this property is in transition of updating. The master bath and the other bath were very updated and nice. The rest of the unit needs to be updated. It was not as organized as I thought it should be. Such as the bedroom I had to rearrange the stuff in the closet so we could have some space to hang our clothes. Also maybe a new rug needs to be put down in the living room as it had tape on it so we wouldn’t trip on it. So there were several things that were not pleasant to look at but like I said I think it is in transition. But the views were really nice the sunsets were really nice and we spent the day at the beach which we walked down to and the pier was in walking distance. So we enjoyed our visit in Oceanside. Thank you

Perfect Spot for Oceanside Family Vacation
Our family stayed at this property for about a week and it was a great location for us - easy walking access to the harbor and pier (with playgrounds), downtown area, and the beach right out the door. We were also able to do some day trips to some of the San Diego area attractions from this location. The check in/out process was really easy and all the important details were provided ahead of time making for a great stay. Looking forward to staying here again!

Excellent! Laid out like a resort. Wonderful view of the harbor and ocean. First class gym. Fun feeding ducks and fish. Condo was well stocked with dishes, kitchen utensils and extra bedding and had plenty of beach toys available. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location, accommodating owner, needs freshening up.
The location is everything as described. Absolutely love the views of the ocean and the easy access to the beach. The grounds were resort like and the pool, Jacuzzi, and outdoor grills were great. The unit itself has a nice layout, but is in need of a deep cleaning and painting. The owner was accommodating for the cleaning we had to do.

This is really just the perfect get away. It has everything you could ever want. Basically on the beach with all the fun things you need for a beach day. Amazing pool and other amenities! Close to many fun locations. The balcony view was breathtaking. The place it’s self is very spacious and cozy, maybe needs a little updating here and there but overall I would definitely stay again!
