THE VIEW
Enjoy this upstairs beachfront cottage condo with full ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen, and sounds of ocean surf filling every room in the condo. The sand and water's edge are just a few steps away! Experience incredible ocean breezes and sunsets sitting on the balcony deck chairs.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen boasts elegant granite countertops and an open layout, creating a spacious and user-friendly environment. It's equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances, and the cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the essential cooking utensils needed to craft your culinary creations during your beach getaway. The dining room table comfortably seats six.

LIVING AREAS
The living room offers plenty of seating with brand-new, luxurious three-piece leather couches. It also features a 42" flat-screen TV, perfect for watching cable or enjoying a DVD. For those occasional cool winter days or to simply enhance the ambiance, there's a fully remodeled, functional gas fireplace to enjoy.

The master bathroom showcases a completely renovated walk-in shower (February 2025), while the guest bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo.​​​​​​​

SLEEPING
D20 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable top-quality king-size bed with lovely nautical bedding. You can see the ocean as you lie in bed and drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has 1 Twin bed and 1 Full bed with lovely tropical bedding and garden views. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. For additional sleeping arrangements in the living area, there is a leather queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
D20 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves.
