THE VIEW
G317 is a penthouse, two-level condo, and has beautiful ocean and harbor views from both balconies and both bedrooms. If you enjoy spending time out on the deck watching the boats in the harbor or surfers on the ocean then Sunset Suite is the condo for you. Due to the unique location, you are able to sit and enjoy the view in perfect comfort while relaxing on the patio furniture.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy an updated kitchen with granite countertops, additional built-in storage cabinets, and a deep sink. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table comfortably seats 6 with 4 chairs and a bench.

LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo's capacity of 6 with a comfortable sofa sleeper and 3 additional chairs. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room with cable TV offering 140+ channels free of charge. The fireplace in G317 has been remodeled and updated and is available for your use and enjoyment during the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

The condo has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with the master suite and the other downstairs across the hall from the bedroom. The main floor bathroom has been remodeled with a fully tiled walk-in shower including a built-in tiled bench and a rainfall shower head. The upstairs bathroom has been updated with a tiled tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING
G317 comfortably sleeps 6. The upstairs master bedroom features a Cali King-size bed, along with 2 nightstands and a dresser. The main level guest bedroom features a queen and full bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen TVs with cable in both bedrooms.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with one assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-G317 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).
-All new furniture is to be installed throughout the condo in May 2022

For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
G317 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is centrally located so you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
