"Great place for kids! We had a couple of unexpected property items (HVAC not working and toilet clog) but Nick was very prompt with communication with us and finding people to fix those items. The place was comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids). Having the pool right outside of the door was so nice with little ones who needed to get energy out. The beach was beautiful and just a dock’s walk away from the condo. Great trip!"

"I spent a week at this condo with my dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk my dog out the back door into the grass along the inlet. There was also a fishing dock right behind the condo. I have stayed in this area and it is convient to everything on the island. The Sand Bar is right across the street. Short walk to the beach. Overall I would recommend this place and will be staying here again!"

"We always love staying in Pelican’s watch. This was our first stay at this unit. The host did an amazing job at responding promptly to an issue that we had with the TV. They went above and beyond by replacing it. The views were amazing. The corner unit is awesome because you get to enjoy more of the view. We saw deer daily. My son loved the oversized cushioned window seat. He actually used it as a bed. We will be back. "

"The unit was just as advertised. The resort is older, but well-maintained. Lovely grounds. I was so happy to be right on the beach in a quiet part of the island. The unit is nicely upgraded and comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped. Excellent Wi-Fi and TV. It is 3rd floor with no elevator, so be prepared to lug your bags up one at a time if you're a senior like me. The AC unit is very noisy and could do to be looked at, but it worked fine. Overall, I had exactly the beach week I...
