"Great little hidden gem! The views from the back deck are spectacular. My kids enjoyed watching for alligators every day, which we saw about every day! The birds decorating the trees at sunset were a sight to see. We always enjoy our visit at Edisto but staying here made it even better. The house could use some fixing up and the floors needed a good scrub, but we would definitely stay here again; that wouldn't stop us from renting here again. "

"This is a lovely, well maintained home that was equiped with everything we needed. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach! We enjoyed our stay and will book this house again when we return to Edisto."

"Apartment had everything we needed for a week’s stay, was well-kept and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and silverware. Fridge was full-size. Hot water and water pressure was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was right in downtown with easy parking on street or behind apartment. Larger vehicles may find it a bit tricky to park behind apartment, especially if neighboring parking spots are full. No street noise was noticed when we were inside. Owners were kind and quick to...

"We had a great stay at Only Young Once in Edisto Beach! The house was clean and comfortable, and the provided golf cart made getting to the beach (and hauling our gear) super easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Smooth check in. House is as described and perfect location. Very walkable to all things on port royal. Bonus grill and screened in back porch with a tv. Best decision ever"

"We had an excellent time here. The house was perfect for the three generations of our family. Our grandchildren enjoyed the games and toys, and the youngest toddler had plenty of room to safely roam about the living room. We enjoyed the covered screen porch with the ocean breeze where we read and played board games, or just talked while relaxing in the rocking chairs. The close proximity of the beach was a real hit with everyone. A short walk to enjoy the waves and sand was delightful. Loved...
