Bethany Beach Area! Clean, spacious townhouse close to shopping, restaurants and more! Community pool, boat ramp and pier, and just a 3 mile bike to the beach! This property offers a place to sleep 8. 7 yoga mats available for use! Great for yoga retreats too! Welcome! We hope that you have an amazing time!
Other things to note HOUSE RULES/RENTAL AGREEMENT (PLEASE SIGN and Email back) Also, reservations are subject to Airbnb’s, smart pricing mode which changes the nightly price on availability. A $200 security deposit is put on hold but not charged to your cc and released by Airbnb 14 days after checkout if everything is ok . Note: in the length of time I have had an Airbnb I have never had to charge anyone a security deposit ( knock on wood! ;). Also, there is a $25 additional fee per night for adult guests over 4 people. -Please take shoes off in the foyer :). -Please bring your own towels, sheets and pillow cases. (1 queen,4 twins, 1 king, 1 full). Also, kitchen and hand towels for the bathrooms! :) Everything else will be there for your stay :). - Check in is at 4pm /check out is 11am -No parties -No pets. -Only 2 cars maybe parked forward facing in the driveway (or fines will result). Extra parking is located across from the pool. - Please keep the property clean and straight :) and complete the check out list before departing :). -No noise after 10 pm please to avoid upsetting any neighbors in this quiet neighborhood :). xo This is a sweet community. -There are security camaras at the pool, no lifeguard and rules are posted. Please follow all community rules posted. Children are not allowed unattended at the pool. There is a credit card key fab for the pool to get in (located on the refrigerator). There are also bathrooms at the pool :). Community rules resulting in fines: - No charcoal grills. Electric grills can be used on ground level off back patio only. Never on deck. We do not have a grill. - Fire pits and open flames are not allowed in the neighborhood. - Commercial cars, vans trucks are prohibited. -Driveway is for front facing/rear facing, side by side parking. Only 2 cars can be parked in the driveway. Boat trailers are allowed if parked the same way, under 20 ft. There is no parking perpendicular behind cars. If additional parking is needed, you may park in additional spots by the pool. There is a lot across from the pool. Car may not be parked for more than 24 hours at a time there. - No towels, linens etc can be hung off of the balcony. Front porch, back patio and balcony must be free of toys, bikes, towels, etc. - Garage door must stay closed unless you are getting things out. All bikes, toys, etc may not be left on front driveway, stoop or back of house. -Trash cans must be kept in the garage. If you are here on a Sunday or checking out. Please take the trash cans to the end of driveway (trash pick up is on Monday morning). If you arrive or are staying on a Monday please take trash cans back into the garage. :) - There is no working on cars in the community (washing, changing oil, etc). -IMPORTANT :) Families :)-Even though we are suitable for families, I want to make you aware that we do not have electrical safety outlet protection, safety locks, furniture bolted into the wall from tipping, etc. Also, our blinds on the (1st level) along with other blinds have strings. Please be aware for safety reasons as if this is a concern this may not be a good fit for your stay. We are not liable for any injuries or deaths while staying in this property. Kids under 15 must be with an adult. ***To enter pool you need a key fab card. The card is on a magnetic clip on refrigerator.
