Our home is set up for families who want an easy, comfortable beach getaway. Spend the day at the beach, come back to rinse off, relax on the patio, make dinner in the open kitchen, or settle into the living room for a movie night. The home is bright, clean, and fully furnished, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

The main level has an open kitchen, dining, and living area, plus a queen-size pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is great for kids or additional guests, with a twin/full bunk bed and a twin pull-out trundle.

We provide full linen and towel service for your stay, along with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and boogie/body boards to help make your beach days easier. The home also has a washer and dryer, a private patio, an upstairs balcony, one garage space, and one driveway space.

The Family Sandcastle is located in the quiet Smithfield community, close to Bethany Beach, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, biking, and other family-friendly coastal activities. Traveling from 2 Smithfield Court, Unit 111, to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk is a short trip of approximately 2.5 to 3 miles. By car, it usually takes about 8 to 10 minutes, depending on summer beach traffic.

This is our family beach home and is best suited for families and guests looking for a peaceful stay. Primary renters should be 25 years or older. One pet for up to 50 pounds is allowed (additional pet charge is $150 per stay will apply) Visitors are not allowed, unless agreed with the host before the arrival. It is not a party house. Guests are expected to respect the home, the neighbors, community parking rules, trash and recycling instructions, and quiet hours.
