This large 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath, end unit townhome has approximately 2400 sq feet for you and your friends to enjoy, 3 decks, including a screened-in deck with a sectional sofa, rocking chairs, and even a dinner table. The home is situated on a corner lot, offering peace and serenity, and even sunrises over the neighborhood pond and dune from the rear screened-in porch or open-air deck. Sunsets are great from the front porch rocking chairs. There is also plenty of grass for the kids to play and a playground, just down the block! The home has hardwood floors on the first floor in the great room, living room, kitchen, and 1st floor primary bedroom. The open floor plan, sundrenched great room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and large dining space (table for 8 and island for 4), make it a fun room for game playing (many games are here for you to enjoy), watching movies or sports on the 65' 4k OLED TV, or even cooking for the family. The gorgeous gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and a modern stainless fridge with water in the door and a bottom drawer freezer. The gas range has an air fryer built in! The microwave and dishwashers are modern, too. Oh, and there's even a pantry for all your personal things and plenty of cookware and dishes to make your stay feel just like home. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with plentiful closet spaces, including one that is a second main bedroom suite. The other two bedrooms have their own sinks and share a Jack and Jill shower. The hallway contains a dresser with a little library, just in case you forgot to bring a book to enjoy. There is a beautiful laundry room and a full-size one-car garage to store all your beach and bike stuff. Ride your bikes just a mile to the community pool, gym, basketball courts, pickleball and tennis courts, and even the golf courses and restaurant. There is plentiful street parking; no parking permits required. There are even some parking lots available, should you have multiple cars.

Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
