Ms. Annie's Coastal Hideway is a meticulously maintained three-bedroom property steps away from historic downtown Ocean Springs, and less than a mile from beautiful Front Beach.

Ms. Annie's Coastal Hideway is a newly-built home with all the amenities you need. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family.

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, impeccably decorated space with all the conveniences of home. Ms. Annie's Hideaway features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals, a family of six can be seated at the dining table with additional eating space at the kitchen island.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of space for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed.

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and the private bathroom features a large walk-in shower with seating.

There are two additional bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, and the other with two twins.

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, 3 flat-screen TVs, and much more.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

This property is clean and well provisioned. We were a group of 4 women and this property was perfect for us. We walked to shop and eat since everything was so close. There was noise on Friday night. A motorcycle kept raring it's engine, leaving and returning. Wednesday and Thursday night were very quiet.

My sisters and I chose to stay here for a 5 day getaway. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to stay for the week. The house is just off of one of the main roads in the downtown area. We were able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, art galleries, and museums. The beach and Biloxi was a short drive away. There is a busy bar and parking lot next to the house and it was quite loud until the quiet hours of 11pm on weeknights and 13pm on weekends. It didnā€™t bother us at all but if you have young children or are easily bothered by loud noises youā€™ll likely not enjoy staying at this house.

Hereā€™s the updated review with your note on communication: āø» The home itself is lovelyā€”nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay very convenient. Everything inside was thoughtfully set up and welcoming. The communication was incredibleā€”every question I had was answered within minutes, which made the experience even smoother. The only downside was the noise from a nearby bar on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. It gets quite loud and can go on until 4ā€“5 AM. Sound machines are provided and help somewhat, but as a light sleeper, it was still a challenge for me. Overall, a great place if youā€™re not overly sensitive to nighttime noise.

We had a great 2 night stay. The property was as pictured and had everything that you would need. Check in process was super simple and the property manager was prompt with answering any questions that we had. The property was exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the level of noise at night. Friday night was VERY loud till almost 5am. I brought a noise machine, after reading others posts of the noise, but the bass of the music was so loud that it didnā€™t block it out. Iā€™m not sure if maybe this was because of a christmasy party, since it is that time of year. There is a parking lot right behind the master bedroom and at times it was very noisyā€¦loud music, cars pulling in and out, talking, motorcycles, etc. There is a bar directly across the street and it played loud music till well past 3am on both nights.

We stayed 4 nights during the week. It was a very clean and nice house. Towards the weekend, it can get noisy outside due to being so close to downtown but take a sounds machine and you will be just fine!

Location is in the heart of Ocean Springs, just one property off Government Street. The Pros: 3 beds, 2 bath easily accommodates 6 people or 3 couples. Property is modern and very clean. Easy walk to the restaurants, bars and shops. Very close to The District for great coffee and Murky Waters for Southern BBQ. Plenty of covered parking for a couple of cars and carts. We enjoyed the car port seating area for morning coffee and evening live entertainment at Murky Waters. Modern appliances with all youā€™ll need for cooking, laundry, coffee, etc. bedrooms and bathrooms were inviting and beds (soft mattressā€™) are adequate. Living spaces provide plenty of space for a group of 6. Municipal parking, business office, restaurant, bars and vacant lot make for quiet neighbors during the day. The Cons: this is a transitioning area of Government Street. Properties across the street are older and the local tavern near by do not appear that inviting for families with younger kids or seniors. It does get noisy on weekend or event times. Rear deck area is small for a 3 bed home. Rations (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap) are minimally supplied. We own property in O.S. and always feel completely safe with this gem of a community and this location. The pros of this property outweigh the cons for our group, adults ages 45-60, but it could be busier than folks with toddlers might require. We would 100% stay at this home again.
