"Pre registration is pointless. Had to re register on arrival. Staff member on a personal call during arrival - not unfriendly but clearly didn’t want to be bothered.
Room keys didn’t work at first - had to go back down so she could rekey. Door stuck, deadbolt wouldn’t lock. Paint peeling off walls and hand towel was damp upon arrival… no idea WHY. Paid $120 for what should have been $75 max."

"The rental was not clean, I would never stay here again. The coffee pot was dirty and had not been cleaned. I had to clean the shower myself before I could use it. The sheets were dirty. The heat did not work. Furnishings were uncomfortable "

"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in Ocean Springs at Mother's Place! It was so clean, warm, and welcoming! We loved the Christmas tree and the abundance of towels! The golf cart was great for a fun, short ride downtown. The great location and all of the accommodations made for a great and memorable trip! Highly recommend staying at Mother's Place!"
