Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Welcome to Unit 113, also known as Shrimp Bizkit! This cozy ground-floor studio comfortably sleeps two guests, making it a great option for couples or those traveling solo. With a king bed and basic kitchenette, this condo provides everything you need to stay comfortable. The kitchenette includes a two-burner stove, mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee pot with included coffee. It's ideal for simple meals or for storing leftovers after enjoying the great restaurants in town.



Slide open the patio door and take in the fresh ocean breeze. Or, if it's a stormy coastal day, kick back and relax watching your favorite shows and movies on TV. The unit includes its own full private bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and toiletries for your convenience.



Please note: This unit is not pet-friendly. The ground-floor location allows for quick and convenient access throughout your stay.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
