"We had a good stay here. It’s on the river not a beach. Mo’s is next door and has great clam chowder. It’s a very dog friendly place to stay, I think 80% of people there brought dogs. It’s a nice little walk down to the sand. The breakfast was included and included waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit etc. typical hotel free breakfast, but it did save time. "
"For my wife and I, it was a great value and location. Every room has ocean view, and it is extremely pet friendly. It is NOT fancy; rooms are comfortable, and grounds are a bit unkept. Nevertheless, you are in a central location to head out the coast. The hotel does not have a restaurant. I summary, it as a great no frills place that is an excellent value."

"I liked everything about this stay: quietness, cleanliness, nice staff, pool, hot tub spacious. I just didn’t like that we needed to lift the balcony sliding door so it would close. "
"We loved the covered parking and there’s covered walkways between all rooms and the lobby. Didn’t get wet! Has a very good feel, almost hawaiian vibe "
"Quiet and clean little place with an eco-modern vibe. Right on a busy little marina nestled in a tiny bay, so it’s rather noisy outside way before daylight- however nice little white noise machine is provided in rooms. Watching the fishmen and whale watchers enter and exit the bay from the private patios is quite relaxing. "
