POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY.
Villa with unobstructed ocean views from large furnished shaded deck. 2 minute walk to beach(200 yards). Full access to ocean club with pool, outdoor tiki bar. Covered parking off the street, elevator, free wifi, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, 5 TVs with DVD players, 2nd floor unit.

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

All beach accessories furnished (towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, etc). 30 min. from North Myrtle Beach and 45 minutes from center of Myrtle Beach. Over 100 golf courses in area, nearby aquariums and museums, 1.5 miles to pier, 15 minutes to world famous Calabash seafood restaurants, 45 minutes from historic Wilmington, very wide and gently sloping beach.

Check-in was easy. The kitchen had a large refrigerator and quiet dishwasher plus it was fully equipped for cooking in. The pool and beach being close by made for lots of family fun. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the pack n play which was provided. The deck with an ocean view was a favorite spot to hang out. The condo made for a perfect vacation spot!

Family vacation

We've been vacationing at OIB for many years and this property is one of the nicest we've stayed in. The condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and every small appliance you need, including an air fryer, crock pot, ice maker, Keurig and blender. It was great that we didn't have to haul bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels and beach equipment. The west end location is quieter, the beach is less crowded, and the walk to the beach access isn't far. We rented a beach wagon, which was a great help. We parked it at the beach access steps each day and no one bothered it. The east facing deck is great for relaxing in the shade after a day in the sun on the beach. Nice breeze and beautiful views. We enjoyed watching the turtles in the pond. Cliff is an excellent host - always answered my questions quickly and kept in touch making sure we had everything we needed. We will not hesitate to book this property again!

Wonderful Family trip! Loved Captains Quarters!

Captains Quarters was awesome! Beautiful views and location. The condo was perfect for my family. It was decorated so nice and very organized and clean! Cliff answered all our questions so fast and was always available. Thank you so much! We loved it so much we booked it for next year!

Our extended family enjoyed a week of amazing beach time (the ocean temp was so warm!), fun mini golfing, and tasty food at a variety of restaurants. The rental had ocean views, was comfortable, and was walking distance to the beach.

A Great Vacation

I can’t say enough about this beach house! Great little island. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was fantastic & very accommodating and responded to our questions and needs immediately. We loved our stay and would stay there again!

The club house was club which was so upsetting for my toddlers and the kiddie pool as well as all of my other guests, however Cliff rectified the situation by offering us some of a refund and we did receive it once home as promised

Getaway to OIB!

This condo was clean and well-maintained. A short walk to the beach. The doggo loved it, too! Just a few minutes from several restaurants/bars on the island, and a few more minutes to a bunch of seafood places at Calabash.

Great Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation in Ocean Isle. The condo was exceptional in every way. Four bedroom with four bathrooms, modern kitchen, excellent internet, and an amazing awesome view!! The owner was helpful and answered all our questions. We also travel with our miniature schnauzer and the back deck had an enclosed area that was shaded and very pet friendly. Can’t wait to go back!!

Nice family stay

The condo was great with everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving. Convenient walk to the beautiful beach. Plenty of room for the family. We are pretty picky on beds but everyone slept comfortably. Only complaints were only having two scant rolls of toilet paper when we arrived and having to wash, dry and fold the towels before leaving added to the chaos of check out.

Introduction to Ocean Isles

Cliff the property manager was very easy to work with and was very prompt in answering via texts. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed using the Isles Beach Club Pool area right on the beach. Easy walkway access across the street for evening walks after dinner with the dogs on the beach. We witnessed a turtle hatchling travel from the nest to the Atlantic Ocean. This place needs a little TLC to upgrade the inside. (Some paint needed, carpets upgraded and ceiling had spots) The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a large family. Bring your own beach chairs, the storage closet was an absolute mess with only one chair that was actually usable. We enjoyed hanging out with family using all 4 bedrooms each having their own bathroom. A nice week long vacation spot in Ocean Isles, NC.

The location was perfect & an easy to walk to the beach. Lovely view of the ocean from the large balcony. Cliff was excellent and extremely responsive. The condo has access to a pool and tennis courts which is a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Family of 6 Beach Bums

The condo was perfect and has an amazing view of the water that we enjoyed each morning over coffee. Cliff was great to work with. We were having a great time and extended our stay by 3 days. OIB is our favorite beach to visit. There was plenty of room for us and the kitchen was well stocked! We will be back again and would definitely stay at this condo again! Thanks!

Excellent Location

We had a wonderful time. The Islander Villas are nice properties and very well maintained. The view from this unit and the rear porch, East facing was ideal. We enjoyed coffee on the porch as the sun was rising and evenings with a glass of wine in the cool shade with the ocean breezes blowing. It was picturesque.
