NIGHTLY STAYS IN AUGUST! Oceanfront Condo, Sleeps 4, Close to Everything!

This Ocean Front condo underwent a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation in 2019 and has all new paint and decor as of January 2023! The white, all wood cabinetry and the quartz countertops brighten up the condo! There is also ample storage in the pantry with pull out drawers. And all kitchen appliances are new as of 2018. We updated to a tankless water heater in 2019 so there is no fear of running out of hot water. It also allows for lots of storage in the bathroom.

It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of home. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on your private deck with a fantastic ocean and pier view. This unit also has a terrific view of the pool and is very close to the beach access. And because OIB faces south you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset on the private deck. Staying at OC110 over July 4th also offers you a front row seat to the fireworks display that takes place at the pier next door.

The master suite features a queen bed with foam topper and a whirlpool tub with ceramic tile surround. There is a bunk nook that is perfect for the kids. Please remember that sheets and towels are not provided. There is beautiful tile throughout the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Within walking distance to restaurants, pier, arcade, mini-golf, playground, museum and shops. Outdoor concerts within walking distance on Friday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Perfect location/condo for a small family.

This is our second stay in OIB and in this condo. Perfect oceanfront location. Condo is perfect for a small family. Area is very family friendly and condo is in walking distance to beach shops, restaurants and ice cream.

Great vacation

What a perfect little oasis on the beach! We absolutely loved the view and quick walk to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was perfect! Will definitely book again!

Gem of a Place

This will be our "go to" at Ocean Isle from now on. The condo was perfect for the two of us and would be great for someone with a couple of small children because of the built in bunk beds. The owner has thought of everything for convenience. It is centrally located with a couple of good restaurants within easy walking distance.

We gave stayed in this condo multiple times and will continue to do so.Great location on the island. Tankless water heater, so plenty of storage space in the bathroom. Love the pantry cabinet in the kitchen. Owners are wonderful and easy to contact with any issues that may arise. Will continue

Great Experience

Weā€˜re coming off of another great vacation at OIB and another year of staying at Ocean Cove 110! We have made it our tradition to stay at OC110 every year and it never disappoints. The condo is well equipped with anything you might need to make your stay feel like home. We are fond of the location. We often times love to go for a swim at night and because the condo is situated so close to the pool this makes it super easy. So much to do thatā€™s within a short walk from the condo - whether itā€™s to the playground, play putt-putt, visit Sunset Slush, or grab lunch or dinner at the Pelicanā€™s Perch! A vacation is also never complete without dinner at OIFC and Sharkeyā€™s. Whatever you decide to do, the location is spot on. To Jennifer, thank you for being so gracious in offering hospitality at its finest! We will definitely be planning to return for our 2025 Summer vacation! All the best, The Pettitts Vacation 2024

Location, location, location.

We booked this last minute and we loved the location. Right in the center of town. Walk to shops, restaurants, mini golf and the pier. The covered porch was great as well. We were able to watch our kids in the pool or on the beach right from the porch. We also were able to sit out during a rain storm as well since it was covered.

Perfect Condo for Our Little Family

We loved our first trip to OIB! OIB was very clean and family friendly. The condo was clean and in such a convenient location right off the beach. We were able to walk with our two young children to beach shops, ice cream and the park. It was a short drive over the bridge to grocery stores. We spent a day in North Myrtle Beach at the Barefoot Landing which wasnā€™t a far drive. We also definitely recommend going into Calabash for an afternoon/evening. Calabash was a short drive from OIB and is very neat area with nice shops and very good restaurants. We can definitely see ourselves coming back to OIB and this condo.

Park your car when you get there and you wonā€™t have to go anywhere thatā€™s not walkable. Great view of the ocean and just steps to beach. Will be booking again. Great property.

Awesome Stay

This is our go to condo on Ocean Isle. The location in the complex and on the beach is awesome Just steps from everything. Lots of storage in the kitchen and bath, which is important to me. The owners are very quick to take care of any issues that may arise. This is definitely our happy place when visiting OIB. We'll be back!
