⏳ Late check-out is subject to approval and availability

🧹 Stays over 1 week: Optional housekeeping available (additional fee).

🛋️ Sofa Bed Use
📝 Please advise us if you require the sofa bed to be made up.
💲 Sofa bed linen hire is available for $50 and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Requests received after this time cannot be guaranteed.

⚠️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
🔧 You are responsible for any damage, breakages, theft, or loss.
📞 Please report any issues immediately.

👥 Do not exceed the maximum occupancy.

🧼 DEPARTURE REQUIREMENTS

Before leaving, please ensure:

🗑️ All rubbish is placed in the bins.
🍽️ Dishes are washed and put away.
🧊 Fridge is emptied of all food.
🍴 Dishwasher is emptied.
🔥 BBQ is cleaned after use (or a $100 cleaning fee applies).

🚮 Remove any excess rubbish (fees apply if left behind).
🛋️ Return furniture to its original position.
🏡 Leave the property clean and tidy.

💲 Additional cleaning fees may apply if these requirements are not met.

🚭 SMOKING & PROHIBITED ITEMS

🚫 No smoking inside the property.
💲 $400 penalty applies for smoking.

🚫 No illicit drugs permitted.
🚫 No intoxicated or disruptive guests allowed.

🏊 POOL GUIDELINES

🕙 Pool use is permitted until 10:00 PM.
🔇 No noise in the pool after this time out of respect for neighbors.

🏖️ Pool towels are provided.
🚿 Please shower before entering the pool.

🌡️ Pool is heated to 25°C by default.

🔥 Optional heating up to 30°C is available:

Must be requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
💲 $50 per night.
🛠️ ACCESS & LIABILITY

🔧 You must allow access for repairs or maintenance when required.

⚠️ We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

📦 Lost property: If any items are left behind, we are happy to arrange their return. Please note this will incur a $30 administration fee, in addition to the postage cost.
