With four bedrooms and three bathrooms arranged across two levels, up to eight guests can enjoy generous shared spaces while still having room to retreat and unwind.



Two comfortable Queen bedrooms are located on the ground floor, providing separation from the main living areas upstairs. One bedroom includes a dedicated desk and chair, offering a convenient workspace for guests who need to catch up on emails during their stay. A spacious bathroom with a double vanity and separate toilet is located nearby.



Upstairs, the bedroom with two King Single beds is well suited to children, teenagers or friends travelling together. The Queen primary suite offers a more private retreat, complete with a walk-through robe and its own ensuite.



The upper level opens into the heart of the home, a light-filled kitchen, dining and living space created for gathering. The premium kitchen features thick stone benchtops, a walk-in pantry, dual ovens, an induction cooktop and a dishwasher. Prepare a relaxed breakfast, pull up a stool at the island for coffee or gather around the eight-seat dining table for a long family dinner.



When it is time to slow down, settle into the generous leather lounge, light the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie together. Large windows and an elevated outlook bring plenty of natural light and a relaxed coastal atmosphere into the space.



Step outside onto the covered balcony, one of the home’s best places to gather. With an outdoor dining setting, Weber BBQ, strip heaters and retractable sunshades, it is equally inviting for a sunny lunch, afternoon drinks or dinner on a cooler evening.



The private rear courtyard offers another peaceful outdoor space. Surrounded by bamboo screening and greenery, it includes comfortable lounge seating as well as a wine barrel and stools, the perfect spot to share a cheese board and a glass of wine.



Best of all, Ocean Grove Main Beach is a short walk away. Start the day with a swim or beach walk, rinse off under the outdoor shower and then stroll to the cafés, restaurants and shops along The Terrace.

GUEST ACCESS



Guests have access to the entire home, including the single lock-up garage and gated driveway.

The sloped driveway can accommodate an additional two to three vehicles, depending on vehicle size.



PLEASE NOTE



The property is not pet-friendly.

An external security camera is located on the front façade and faces the driveway only.

The main living areas and two bedrooms are located upstairs and are accessed by one flight of stairs.



Guest Access:

Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival. 12 hours prior to your check-in, details will be sent out with specific details on the location of the key safe and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect, all verification including ID collection and Damage Deposits are managed online.

We would recommend bringing a vehicle to travel around the Bellarine Peninsula and its surrounding regions.

There is a Bus Stop a 7 minute walk from the home, located in front of the Ocean Grove Shops on The Terrace, where you can hop on route ‘55 Geelong Station - Ocean Grove via Marshall Station & Barwon Heads’, which connected you to Geelong Train Station where you can catch V-line trains to Melbourne and Warrnombool.

Avalon Airport is a 45 minute drive away while Melbourne CBD is a 90 minute drive away, or a 150 minute journey via buses and trains.
