Matching Green on The Parade - perfect location!

  • This modest home is perfectly located just a stone`s throw from the center of town, and the main beach is only a 5-minute walk away!

    Three spacious bedrooms, one upstairs with its own balcony with views of the ocean, this property sleeps up to seven guests. Spacious yard with large deck, ideal for a BBQ dinner, relaxing and plenty of space for the kids and pets to play!

    On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, lounge, sitting room that looks over the garden, laundry and main bathroom. Out the back is a huge yard with deck and outdoor dining space with BBQ. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has two singles plus trundle bed.

    On the second floor, you will find a large bedroom with ensuite, queen bed, balcony with some views over the ocean.


    PLEASE NOTE: The garage is not available for guest use.

    - Bed linen and towels provided, please BYO beach towels.
    - Unlimited Wi-Fi
    - Pets are welcome, please BYO pet beds, bowls etc
    - Strictly NO PARTIES, HENS/BUCKS, SCHOOLIES.
    - There is split system heating and cooling downstairs, upstairs has a free-standing fan, but no air-con.
    - the spa function in the main bathroom does not work

    Guests have access to the whole property, except for the garage.

    Matching Green is a great little older property and does come with a few minor aesthetic imperfections but nothing that will affect your stay!
    GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and
    agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please
    treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours.
    Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or
    bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make a reservation at our property.
    Please follow parking guidelines where provided.
    CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out
    time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior
    arrangement/availability and extra charges may apply.
    Contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the
    key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a
    management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property
    and if required replacement of keys.
    THIS PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY
    -the rear yard is fully enclosed;, you must pick up after your pet. Maximum 2 dogs upon agreement only. Pets are welcome but must not go on beds or other furniture. Pets must not under any circumstances be left inside the home unattended.
    You understand you are responsible for damages caused by your pet, including extra cleaning charges or for cleaners required to pick up dog poo from the yard.
    UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to
    unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you
    immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your
    stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. HostyCo will not
    be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforeseen
    unavoidable circumstances.
    PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in
    immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional,
    cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any
    guest during their stay if we deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS
    PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
    There should be no disturbance to neighbours at any time during your stay.
    LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where
    supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon
    request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any
    damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen may incur a
    charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping
    service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee .
    YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and
    loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this
    immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs.
    Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as
    occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive
    noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction
    without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise
    should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
    Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $70 (or $100 after hours) call out fee for
    management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.
    Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the
    appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed
    away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure
    will incur a $100 fee. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All
    furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
    Smoking is not permitted in the property. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the
    property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
    HostyCo is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
