"We had an amazing stay at the Beachliner, the breakfast was delicious! Amazing location close to the boardwalk, and very close to Asbury Park. Clear communication with the staff and easy access to the building and room. The room was very clean and cozy. Be aware that there are steep narrow stairs that may not accommodate those with mobility issues. Definitely would stay here again!"

"We love the convenience of being close to beach and town and also Asbury Park. The place is very clean, well maintained and rooms are cozy. The staff are friendly and helpful and we love the breakfast. The bathroom was spotless , nice towels and bed linens spotless. Room smelled good and clean. We’ve stayed here many times 🌊☀️🏖️🐚⛱️⛱️⛱️"

"Do NOT stay here. There was dried blood and stains in the pillows and bedding, and small hairs and stains on the towels.
Everything was just a bit dirty- the drawers had dirt and grime, the lamp had black stuff on the bottom, and the shower was stained.
The night clerk lectured me about checking in late even though I called before and was told no problem. "

"Check in was a breeze and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic. I traveled to Jersey for work and my trip became negative because check out clearly states 12 pm. "I checked in after waiting ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk after calling them repeatedly.
I brought my suitcase to the room.Changed real quick and went to visit a friend for dinner and came back to the room at 945. The bathroom was horrendous a hole in the ceiling over the rusty shower and a piece of spacle tape, two foot long hanging from the ceiling.
The wifi did not work.
You could not access an electrical plug to charge a phone.
There were no wash clothes, only two...
