Welcome to Blue Horizons at Ocean Grove, a beautifully appointed coastal property offering space, comfort and breathtaking water views across Blue Lake, Barwon River and out to Bass Strait. Designed for relaxed coastal living, this home is ideal for families, couples or friends looking to unwind while still being close to Ocean Grove’s best attractions.

The home features three generous bedrooms, including a main bedroom with ensuite, along with a family bathroom and additional powder room. A fully equipped kitchen, dedicated work-from-home space and a full laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer make longer stays easy. Off-street parking is available for up to three cars, and the fully fenced backyard is ideal for children and, with prior arrangement, pets.

Ocean Grove offers plenty to explore, from long lunches at Jack Rabbit with sweeping views from Geelong to the Melbourne city skyline, to sourdough delights at Ket Baker. With beaches, river walks and coastal scenery close by, Blue Horizons is the perfect base for a memorable seaside escape.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
