"Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience."

"Great house! Our family get together was wonderful in this place. Plenty of bedrooms and the flexibility in bed configurations was perfect. Plenty of beach chairs and things and tons of towels. Big modern kitchen with a fancy fridge that kept the kids occupied. Host was wonderful - helpful and communicative."
