*UPDATE* This condo has undergone some updates with all new laminate flooring, beautiful new peaceful blue paint throughout and new comfy living room sofa and loveseat. The beds in the 2nd bedroom have been split apart, making a full and a twin, both on the floor.

Fireworks are always a fun and exciting experience that both the young and old enjoy. It's a reminder of our youth when beautiful lights and loud bangs kept us gazing into the sky with joy. "Sundaes at the Park", is an event that happens each Sunday at North Side Park and features live music along with an amazing fireworks display. This event delivers on reliving those childhood memories and the best part is that it can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own private balcony!

You'll love staying in this well-maintained unit. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The full-sized kitchen is ready for making those cost saving meals at home. Sleeping accommodations include 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, along with a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use and of course free WIFI.

Conveniently located to North Side Park, it is the perfect location for families that are participating in events there. You'll also be close to many great restaurants/bars, mini golf, go carts, water slides, movies and of course the fireworks. The building is located only 1.5 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City which gives you plenty of room to spread out. When you are tired of the beach, come back and enjoy the pool!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Lorelei is an elevator building.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 125th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(Pools are open seasonally. Opening/closure dates are determined by each individual building. Benchmark Property Services is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability of pools or other onsite amenities, where applicable, at any time.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
