Overall, it was decent. The place is on the smaller side, but it was suitable for 2 adults and a child. Kitchen was very small though. Could really only fit 1 adult at a time in there.The good: Balcony was great with views of the ocean and the bay. Plus pretty much in the shade the whole day being the way the building is located.On the further end of the North side which was nice to be away from all the big crowds.Pool on site was decent size. 3 foot to 8 foot in depth, plus a smaller kiddie pool next to it. Check in and out was decent, but have to go to 68th street to do such at the rental office, which was about 3 or so miles away.The bad:Pool is only open till 8pm sharp.Back balcony sliding door is really tough to open and close...it sticks a lot and may be tough for the elderly. Gotta put some umph into it to open and close it.It was somewhat clean, but was some grime where the utensils were, so we rewashed the stuff we used and gave it a good wipe down everywhere. There were some clothes in the dryer that must've been left from the last tenants. Kinda gross to have to touch other peoples underwear to get it out. Cleaning crew should at least check this kind of stuff I would think.Bedroom is positioned in the front of the unit, and does not get as cool at night compared to the living room area. Definitely bring a fan.There wasn't a lot of room to put your things in the closet areas. There were paint buckets, and other stuff left there filling that space.
