Enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed our stay. Great location (second floor), right on the water. Great views of the water from sun up to sun down. Nice large balcony. We were lucky in not having guests in either of the rooms next to us for the week were there. The balconies are open to one another, and it's likely you would have your neighbors on one side walking in front of the unit when ever they went in and out, as their are two sets of shared steps to the second floor, but I wouldn't consider it a deal breaker.
What wasn't so great was the overall condition of the unit. We felt the need to clean everything in the kitchen before using. Counter tops, tables, dishes. Coffee maker - it's so old the numbers on the fill tank are completely gone, leaving you to guess how much coffee you're making. And it's not a full size - it's a 'mini' maker - 4 cups max.
The kitchen sink faucet gives you a shower from the chest down when you turn it on.
The whole place is shag carpeting. Not the greatest choice for the beach. (think wet sandy feet).
In spite of the above we would stay again. It's a small building, so it's pretty quiet, and it's just a few steps to the water. A lot of days we didn't even bother to set up on the beach - just went down for a swim and back to the balcony (so no worries about social distancing).
