Right next to the Bahia Marina where you can pick up bait, fish off the dock, charter a deep-sea fishing excursion, and rent bay water sport vehicles, you're sure to have a fun time out on the waves. Several mini-golfing areas, fine dining, coffee shops, seafood buffets, the boardwalk, and the beach are all within walking distance! When you want to stay close to home base but still relax, an on-site glittering pool is available at your leisure.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright and stylish interior simply flooded with natural light, thanks to the viewing windows that boast incredible views of the water. The beautiful living area invites you in to lounge about on the plush furniture, have great conversation, or take in a movie on the large TV. The private balcony offers million-dollar views and peace as you have front-row seats to an amazing sunset. Prepare culinary crafts in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. For extra space for guests, a sofa bed is provided. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a King-size bed, a private balcony, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower.

THINGS TO KNOW

There is a deep water boat slip available for guest use.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
