For a small group looking to experience Ocean City's nightlife, this condo will not disappoint. Directly south of Seacrets, the largest nightclub in Ocean City, and just a short walk from the beach, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo welcomes up to six guests for what's sure to be a memorable vacation.

From your location in North Ocean City, dozens of restaurants are reachable by foot, including 45th Street Taphouse, Ky West, and Belly Busters. After a quick meal, be at the beach in minutes!

When you arrive at the condo after a long day's travel, you'll step into a small entryway. To your right, a kitchen with basic appliances is ready to help you feed your crew, and includes a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. There's room for everyone at the glass-topped dining room table.

Past the kitchen, comfy couches invite you to put your feet up and peruse the cable-equipped TV (with the cable package being reduced to basic from November through April 1). From the living area, sliding glass doors open onto a balcony with views of Isle of Wight Bay. This home also has free WiFi between April 1 through November 1.

As night falls, make your way to the master bedroom, which boasts a queen-size bed, en suite bath, and balcony access. A second bedroom features an additional queen bed, and a queen-size Sofa Bed provides room for two more guests. And a shared laundry facility is available for your added convenience.

With the ocean practically at your doorstep, there are plenty of ways to pass time at the beach. Why not rent a few jet skis, kayaks, or stand-up paddleboards? Or stretch out on a beach towel at the beach or pool with a good book or magazine - just be sure to use sunscreen!

Nearby amusement parks like Jolly Rogers and Splash Mountain offer fun for all ages. Adults over 21 can tour the Seacrets Distillery, located next door to the condo. Four miles south, an assortment of museums and art galleries provide entertainment for days you'd rather spend indoors.

It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Property is not meant for the guests, just profit

Bathrooms are outrageous, the shower is like centuries old, the door knob was torn from the door. Both bathrooms are full of rust and impossible to be cleaned. We couldn't shower normally for days. The thermostat in the room is probably programmed and operated remotely. Thankfully, the weather did not require much of air conditioning which is controlled from outside. The location is amazing, but the staff can't only take advantage of the location almost $300 a night. It's a shame the Vacasa neglects the guests, not even talking about the office' " customer service". The good thing was to have a smart TV with internet working good this time. We had problems with another Vacasa property last year and I did not write the review .I hope it will help people to pick the right property for the price of much deserved vacation.

Cute place great location

The place was very cute and well stocked with TP, toiletries and trash bags which was nice. It also had 3 TVs and cable the only downside to the place was that one bathroom had mildew in the tub and the other one had it along the shower curtain. That type of thing is easy to fix!

Great place with some little flaws

Nice place but beds are as hard as a Rock bull out sofa is disgusting and the bathrooms are dirty u can see mold and dirt around the edges and they only leave u one roll of Toilet paper

Nice location but needs updating and thorough cleaning

The view from the balcony was gorgeous and relaxing. Just make sure to bring your own chairs. The place overall has potential. It needs some serious updating. The couch was very old with stains on the mattress. There were fresh sheets which is a plus especially if you forget them. There are also towels, but there was hair in them so we used our own. The sofa also had lots of pet hair. It was all over the kids clothes and socks just from sitting on the couch and walking on the floor. The view and the location made this place bearable, but other than that. I will most likely not returning.

Great location and Overall Nice Place - Only 1 Parking Space Though

Great location right next to Seacrets. Overall the place is nice and clean. It was perfect for 5 - 6 people. There is a nice patio that looks out over the water, and it has a pool that's right by the water. A word of warning/ a minor complaint is that you only get one parking pass. There is no real overnight parking around, so I had to park off 1st street (only place with over 12 hour parking) and renew the parking time, which was super expensive and a pain. I did not really pay attention to this, so I wanted to point it out so others know. Other nit-picking/ minor complaints include no paper towels, leaking coffee pot, uncomfortable beds, and one of the showers is super tiny.

Nice location. Condo needed much updating though. Electrical sockets in one bedroom didn't work, shower in master bedroom bath, very small But overall not a bad place. .

Great location and a comfortable condo

The place is nice and cozy with good accommodations. Just show up and everything you need is right there. The location is excellent for dining and night life. Its on the water which makes great for some activity.

The condo was in good shape. Great location. I recommend the owner upgrades the tv's.

Condo is in pretty good shape, great location right next door to Secrets and other amenities. Only suggestions I would make is to increase the water pressure, and upgrade the tv's.
